At Nyx Clothing, we want you to feel confident and glamorous in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

• You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nyxclothing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or faulty upon arrival.

💔 Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging and inspecting all items. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

• Email us at info@nyxclothing.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

• Include clear photos and your order number.

• We’ll offer a full refund or replacement based on your preference.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

💸 Refunds

• Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
