1. How long does delivery take?

Our garments are designed with care and sourced from exclusive ateliers in the USA, Italy, and the Far East. While we process all orders within 1–2 working days, please allow 14–21 days for delivery. Quality takes time — and your Nyx piece is worth the wait.

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. This allows us to maintain high standards in service and delivery. Stay tuned for future international expansion!

3. Can I return or exchange an item?

Of course. If your item isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Visit our Refund Policy for full details.

4. How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a dedicated size chart tailored to that item. We recommend reviewing it carefully to find your perfect fit. If in doubt, our team is happy to guide you!

5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order — we’ll either refund or send a replacement immediately, no questions asked.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible at info@nyxclothing.co.uk
